Subject: Nutrition
The purpose of this activity is to teach 8th grade students some basic nutrition principles. The Nutrition Facts Panel is encountered every day by students, but it is sometimes regarded as a waste of time. By completed this lesson, students will have a better understanding of what this information means and how they can use it to eat a more balanced diet.
